Dr. Bittner is an assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology at California State University, Long Beach. Her primary responsibility is to prepare university students to teach physical education to individuals with disabilities. She assists with the After School Adapted Physical-activity program (ASAPP) and Camp Nugget, designed to offer positive physical activity experiences to children with disabilities from ages 5 to 12.
